Just picked up a 2011 550 M sport. Like you mentioned the Body Kit, steering wheel, and I believe the M sport comes with Dynamic Handling whereas you'd have to get the Dynamic Handling as a separate option with just the sports package.

Is that the Dynamic Handling you are referring to? |

And it varies by model year.
2013-2014 biggest benefit is the passive sport suspension (704) [RWD only, not on xDrive] and 351M wheels with staggered summer tire option. Plus the body kit, shadowline trim instead of chrome, anthracite (black) headliner inside, steering wheel. The gear shifter isn't changed unless you also buy the $500 SAT Sport Auto Trans (gives you the paddle shifters). 550's come with the SAT stock I believe. Other years either had no suspension change (just the cosmetics), or included Dynamic Dampers and some the Active Rollbars (together called the DHP Dynamic Handling Package) but I don't know which years were what.
