Hello,

When you say that the rear AC doesn't work, do you mean :

- Cold air doesn't blow out of the rear vents ?

Or

- Air doesn't blow out of the rear vents ?

Are all the rear vents affected ? (Feet and rear of center console)

If you have a 2.5-zone climate control system, then put your system in manual mode, adjust the air flow to "top" of dashboard (windshield air flow), then to 100% of center dashboard air flow, and then finally to 100% floor/feet air flow...then put it back to 100% center dashboard air flow. Check the rear center console for air flow. If air still doesn't come out of the rear center console, your stratification flaps for the rear are most likely stuck closed.

If you have removed your front center dashboard climate control panel, then remove it again, and reseat the blue connector.

If you have a 4-zone climate control system (FKA), make sure you rear blower is working, but selecting manual mode, and increasing flower speed on the rear climate control panel (A39). If the fan does not spool up, check the corresponding fan fuse (F71), and if OK, your blower output stage (N2) may need to be replaced.

Please report back your findings.

Note: Please ensure your rear vent temperature is selected to 100% of "blue" temperature setting (and not 100% "red" temperature setting) when the front A/C is on at it's lowest temperature setting.....
