Ticking Coming from RH side of Engine Bay

Hello All, I am having trouble diagnosing this ticking sound I keep getting from my engine bay on my 2015 535xi. I have tried looking everywhere on multiple forums and videos of similar ticking I have but none are the same as mine. Some symptoms I am having are: Ticking is when I have my foot on the gas, the car must be in gear for the ticking to start (load must be applied, not neutral or parked revving), the ticking gets faster as I accelerate and it occurs usually in 2nd gear from ~20 mph all the way up to 70. It also doesn't tick when the car is 20+ mph in reverse. Im hoping one of you guys might have some insight into what might be wrong.
Thanks!

Check your downpipe and the bracket for your downpipe that is bolted to your transmission. It can break and cause a rattle.
