This is what I imagine they do at my dealership... 60 miles + curbed wheel and they blamed an automatic car wash for the damage. Hand washed since day one...

I think the break-in discussion is irrelevant. This is massive disrespect to the customer; who holds the sole right to drive his car as he sees fit, not the dealership monkeys.

Exactly, most would probably feel different if it was actually their own car. Their brand new special order $100k+ C63 Black just delivered from germany, with no miles. A couple of idiots driving your virgin car, bouncing it off the rev limiter to show it doesn't shift automatically.
