Im negotiating for a F10 535i m sport lease and i've lowered the MF to 0.00126 is it possible to negotiate any lower? I've heard there is something called the loyalty MF, but the rep at the dealer says that is as far down as he can go using the 7 MSD's. I need to close soon as the car is making its way to the shipping port and should be here within the next 7-10 days.

the west coast incentive MF is .00145...that is a standard BMW program. The loyalty program is either $1500 or a 1% MF reduction which would bring it out to be .00103.
However, I'm not sure if the loyalty MF reduction will work with the BMW incentiv MF on 535's. Typically its a wash between taking the cash or the interest reduction.

the 0.00126 is already lowered using 7 MSD's but ive read in other posts some people have been offered loyalty MF's of 0.00096

I'm by no means an expert on this stuff, but was just playing with a calculator:
if you are able to start with a MF of 0.00145 then reduced it by 7 MSDs you would end up at a MF of 0.00096 |
