also broadspeed.com
My tactics for buying my car were get a quote from them. Price was VERY good. As I had a trade in this was not an option and I couldn't keep my old car due to space so it had to be a trade in at a dealers. So i went a 3 dealers and said - "this is the spec I want, whichever dealer gives me the best quote gets the deal". First dealer said "I hate brokers" , can't match that but gave me a quote. Used that to go to another and they said they would only deal with me if I put down a deposit today- and that they couldn't possibly match broadspeed. I was a buit miffed they wouldn't give me a quote so I walked out. Went to third dealer and asked for tehir best deal, they were simialr and said only if I put a deposito down so I made an offer udnercutting the 1st dealer and they accepted. Got the excellent trade in price for my old car and 11% off new car which equated to £6000 off. I thought that pretty reasonable. |
