They went for the Saab, must say i am very impressed with it, it has a more luxurious interior than my e90.

However, an 08 car shouldn't be too bad, as lots of the earlier problems had been ironed out by then, and these 9-3's had a much better fit n finish from 07 onwards. TiD engine isn't too bad, being the widely used GM-Fiat unit, and they respond well to a remap ![]() It's not a BMW or Audi, but they arn't as bad as many would have you believe. Parts supply shouldn't be an issue either. |

My parents car is 08, and we are very familiar with the Z19DTH engine, we previously owned Vauxhall cars. Parts isnt an issue with 'Saab Automobile Parts AB' (a subsidiary of Saab UK) still trading and also Neo Brothers, the largest Saab parts breaker in the UK.
