European delivery timing - flights & hotel before ordering car?

I've decided on a May trip with my father to northern France, is it possible to put in place the reservations, flights & hotel, prior to ordering a '13 535i for Euro Delivery?

You could book everything before ordering, but without making sure the build slot is when you want it, you may have an extra vacation without your car.

Need to avoid that! I'll be pulling the trigger before month end so I'll have plenty of time to make travel arrangements.

I will only book hotels after confirmation from BMWED and your CA...I will only try to book hotels that has free cancellation up to a day or so of arrival so that if you get a cheaper deal closer to departure or some last minutes plan changes, you can still cancel without any problem.

I did the same for my 9/11 ED and will do the same for my 4/13 ED...

Hey, probably a dead link at this point but thought I would tell you that picking your car up at BMW Welt in Munich is just a fantastic experience. I took my son with me and it was just one of those special days neither he nor I will ever forget. If you have the chance I highly recommend this route.

Well I'm all booked for May 8 and will stay in Munich the night before delivery. My father, 75, will join me for the experience and following Munich we will travel to Austria, and then north to the Nurburging, WW battlefields in N. France and then south to Tuscany, so looking forward.
Of course the hightlight will be my special order color 535i

Yeah this board is pretty slow.
