Its the rear climate control. BMW Option: "Air conditioning, automatic with four-zone control" you should be able to find it on the options on the BMW website when building the car.

Have you also got the rear seat heating? I've gone for the 4-zone on my order but not rear seat heating and i notice the lower buttons seem to be for that?
