Here are some of my final updated pics on my 2012 520i F10:

Mod list:
M Sport Bodykit.
Hamann carbon fiber add on lip.
3D Design rear diffuser.
BMW Performance carbon fiber ducktail.
BMW Performance black kidney grille.
Custom Quad Exhaust.
HRE P40S 20″x9-10.
Toyo T1R 245/35/20 285/30/20.
KW V3 Coilover.

I think 520i are the same with other F10, it can be fitted with large and wide wheels. My friend is sitting on 22"
