Car feels faster

This is probably more wishfull thinking but I just hit 2000 miles on my 535i 6MT and the car feels faster then when I first got it. Maybe it's the 20 degree weather...

I noticed the same after 2000 miles, a big difference, much more responsive, and also the revs allowed it to go to redline, which it never did at full throttle before 2000 miles

Did you adhere to the BMW break in all the way or no? Just wondering if you did something a little different.

I don't know what the BMW recommended break in is so I can't really comment. What I can say is that I haven't really beat on the car yet. The car just all of a sudden felt much more responsive this week.
