'12 535i Noise and vibrations

Purchased a used 2012 535i with 169k on odo. Makes a weird noise and vibrations that can be felt when seating. I do need to replace the belt tensioner since it wobbles quite a bit when on.

You might need to replace the motor mounts to stop the vibrations.

Noises are normal. Vibrations are cause u need new mounts
