F11 LCI Eyebrow not operating

Greetings!

I have a problem with my F11. (2016/04)
I bought it damaged (front right headlights went off) and got an original part from another car to replace it.
To try if it is working, we replaced the left headlight electronic into the right one, and we left it there. (was working well)

A new electronic device was ordered (not a chinese one) for the car, it was placed in and...

First it was in basic mode (no funcions, only dipped headlights on/off) now everything works except the eyebrow on the left headlight (the left one is the original headlight of the car)
I took it to a service where they have computers compatible with this type, and they said, we have to switch the electronics back...

That's just stupid...
We checked the VIN to order the right electronic, we have several cars, and we had a lot of them and had absolutely no problem programming them and replacing the parts needed.

This car is cursed.
Any tips to check, or see?

Electronics should not have to be swap back. You do need to program the new modules. You also have to clear the codes with ISTA.
