Transmission malfunction bmw f11 lci 520d

Hi guys, 2014 bmw f11 Ici 520d
Car shifts hard when going down to second.
Car through up, gearbox malfunction and driving stability malfunction. Below are the stored codes.
After I turn off the car and turn it on again the car is good for a few days. Any ideas? Help is much needed
