Cool ordered a 550I today

Cashmere silver, venetian beige, light wood, sport and dynamic handling. Did not get the m-sport package as I couldn't see paying that much for appearance items though I thought it looked a little better. Went with the sport auto instead of the manual, not sure if I will regret that. My E39 540 m sport 6 speed is getting long of tooth and I had to do something. I hope I like it as much as the E39. I had an E60 530ix wagon w/auto and did not care for it much.

I had two E39s, a 540 six speed and a M%. Neither the E60 or the F10 can compare based on sheer driving fun. E39s seem to handle better and have more responsive steering. However, having said that, the F10 is so much more refined that the E39. All other features of the car are outstanding. You will enjoy the 550i.

That silver is nice! The more I see it, the more I wonder if I shouldn't have gotten it! One thing I do know is that I regret not getting the sport package.... The wheels alone cost more than the whole package by themselves, and IMO they make a world of difference on that car. And it sounds like you're a driver and everyone from the magazines to the true enthusiasts on here all say that the adjustable ride is everything... Between the wheels and those seats, it eats me alive that I didn't pay $2200. I'll end up paying alot more than that when I break down and buy those wheels, and then I'm still out those other goodies.

I am debating which color that I should get.

1. Cashmere silver
2. Titanium silver
3. Milano Beige

tough choice....

I will get the same interior color and trim.

Cashmere silver is very beautiful and relatively rare in the opinion of this architect. Congrats.
