seat ac does not blow cold

seat ac does not blow cold
bought my 2011 5 series in seotember and the seat ac blows hot instead of cold I decided to wait till service date to have this checked as it was cool most of the last 6- months but with the current heat wave... I am bringing it in. anyone else have this issue for a $2000.00 option I am pretty dissapointed.
