My vehicle chugging along on a train to Toronto. Train left Dartmouth station around 10 last night. My vehicle is sitting in Railcar #300114. A comfy triple decker rail car.

I wish they made a mistake on my vehicle and incorrectly installed the new instrument panel. Wishful thinking... It would be a nice surprise.

My car is on the "Honor" it arrived at the port early this morning it looks like, ahead of schedule!

I went ahead and called my SA and told him to order a set of the M performance kidneys as well. So it looks like I will be having the

M Performance

-Kidney grills
-CF rear deck spoiler
-CF mirror caps


I almost had the alcantara steering wheel until I got the bad news that the airbag had a different part # than the previous F10, meaning there may possibly be a compatibility issue.

I got the kidneys as well but how much you get the CF spoiler for? It's pricey there other options on a forum to self install! Was quoted $150 + for installation

I' am having the parts rolled into the payments, as far as installation goes I am having a forum member on here install the spoiler for me as well as a complete detail soon as I get the car. Having the dealership leave on all the plastics so the wash boys don't scratch up the paint anymore than it is from port.

He told me it would take about 5-8 hours to fully detail the car so I cannot wait to see what it looks like after!!

Will be posting plenty of pictures when I get the car. I hope to have it tinted and detailed within the first week or two of ownership, those two things are a must!

Having all the windows tinted, sunroof and front windshield with ceramic tint. Most likely 20-30% on all windows and 70% on windshield.

Where u located? I would do the same if i could get it installes. I'm wrapping the roof gloss black and tints 30% once I get car plus paint calipers!

Did any of you get your vehicles yet? I'm tentatively scheduled to take delivery this Wednesday or Thursday. Monday is a holiday and is delaying things a bit.

I pick mine up in SC on Tuesday (8/13). Down to 10 days. I signed all the paperwork last thursday so I own the darn thing but have not put my eyes on it. I have to tell you, it really sucked signing all the papers, walking past all the new BMWs at the dealership, and getting in my old car to go home!! I know I'm going to really enjoy the PDC experience but right now I'm second guessing myself as I it could be in in driveway.

I know what you mean. No worries, come Tuesday, you'll be grinning like a kid with a new toy driving back home. Pretty hard to commit to thousands of bucks and nothing to show for yet. I feel the same way when I left my 5K deposit committing to a 2014 LCI msport back 1st of June without knowing how certain things will look with the changes.

Make sure to let us know how the PDC experience goes. I'm sure it'll be memorable. I actually was suppose to do a ED in Welt but cancelled last minute as my schedule wouldn't allow. I would have loved to see the BMW Mecca. Oh we'll, I'm sure there will be other opportunities.

I'm not picking up until later this week. Soonest would be tomorrow(Wednesday). Dealer is asking for 2 days prep time.

In Canada, they do not have VPC. From port, vehicles get transported directly to the dealers. The dealer performs all VPC activities. I was also told that the car gets detailed, tint, and any other dealer installed options.
