Nice. Two engineering marvels together. F10 and l'ascenseur de Strépy-Thieu (canal boat elevator in Belgium). Well done!

OK - perhaps off topic of your original thread, but yes! Spent three years just down the road at SHAPE, and lived in Soignies. Played in the Caber Feidh pipe band, and toured much of Wallonie. In fact, I will be (for my fifth straight year) participating in the Carnaval in Gottignies with my Caber Feidh friends in two weeks. We bought our Z4 while I was stationed in Belgium. I knew even then that I would get the F10, which came out just three months before we had to move back to Canada. I now have one!

I'm usually the same way also, but I'm really liking this setup. I do wonder what a set of these wheels in silver would look like on both a lighter and darker paint.

Looks very nice with the roof spoiler, are you getting a spoiler for the trunk too?

Really good looking car, I have the same all black theme on my E60 as well, only I have yellow calipers. An all black car and wheels are a hell to keep clean, but when the car is washed, it looks damn good, especially in the dusk. The M5 LCI Performance grill would look really good on this one. Have you thought about some tint on the rear lights? I think that would complete the look.

Thanks! yes hard to keep it clean, two air flow and the car is dusty .. but like you said when the car is just washed what a beauty About the M5 Grill i find it pretty good but the M5 logo is too much and the look is more "agressive" than mine i prefer "performance style" For the rear light dark tint will be maybe too darker do you have picture of your E60 ? |

Just got a quick snap with my iPhone, but this is how it looks with the medium tint from Lamin-X, socalled "gunsmoke". The lightest film is called "tint", one of those would set the look. It's easy applicable and removable. I have it on the headlights of my E60 also, they're good for protection as well

How "matte" are these wheels? I've seen matte wheels that just end up looking dirty all the time. Does cleaning these make a nice difference? Perhaps a close up of the wheel might help?
