I would still be driving my old E46. The 335 was -- and still is -- an extraordinary car IMO. The E90/91 tii will have my attention next year.
I would like a Cayman, but just can't see it financially. So if I had to get a new car that was not a Bimmer I would probably opt for the practicality of the Honda Fit.

I would go with the G8 GXP for a sedan.
Coupe, 135i or just go back to jeep and have fun offroading with the new 4 door wrangler. it would also tow my boat. good times to be had! |

"Infinity" is spelled --> Infiniti (if we're talking cars).

The S5 is hot. Love that car.
Slightly used Cayman S would also be on my radar. Love the E92 M3, but probably too much $$$

If I were buying now I'd hold out for an S5 (but with the supercharged V6). I'd also consider a C63 or M3.

Too bad the A5 and A4 are slow as hell (same can go for a C350 - meh). I'd seriously consider the G37s (and upcoming G37 sedan), but I wouldn't even give the IS a single thought.

I may be the only one who thinks this but I'd vote for the CTS-V. And now would be a great time to buy. They can be easily had in the low to mid 40's

I'd get the car I bought even though the 335i does exist - Z4 M Coupé
or I'd choose the E46 M3
