Dyno

Greetings from Australia.

Had the X4M custom tuned yesterday using BM3.
Current modifications are:
- MSS Lowering Springs
- 12.5mm spacers all round
- RedStar catless downpipes
- Bootmod3 tune with custom map

Car made 399kw at the wheels. I think that's about 540hp at the wheels

I ordered a dragy last night so hopefully I'll be able to get some times up on that until the drag strip reopens.

Dropped it off for repainting the front lip and back bumper for peeling paint. Gave me a loaner 2020 530i, I feel like a damn grandpa in this thing.

It should be a crime to cover up such nice work. Leave it exposed so we can admire it from afar

Hahah yahhh I've been told the same thing, I actually have gold trims so the wrapping will be small accents and not the entire thing.

I'll post pics of it just exposed carbon! Just need to figure out the right drill bit size

Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing some formal St2 slips from a sanctioned Strip - you'll be the first!

Not sure if it's the actual steps but I put it to the column(where the key emblem is) dash recognized it and I hit the start button. It started. I shut off and had to hold it to the column once again and start. After that it starts and open doors just like any other key would.

I seriously want to mule kick whoever designed this cargo area with the spare tire. Shit keeps falling out. Finally got the rear cargo mat. I found this one for around $67 on Amazon. As you can see it fits pretty good. It was folded so i expect those creases to flatten out over time.

I also got my comp grills and vents but will install those a little later...
Link to the cargo mat?

Ahh good question:

1. There is this bracket that slides behind the bumper and that's where those 3 vertical pieces attach too. So with a 6mm bit, I drilled the hole and for some reason the screws did not want to go all the way in. In fact if I were to do this all over again, I would try to use a lift or even remove the bumper to get a cleaner install. Also behind the bumper where the bracket goes, you can feel it with your hands but there is this thin flap; make sure the bracket goes underneath that!

2. The 3m tape did not sit flush against the bumper :/ I'm nervous because if I were to drive any faster I feel like I would eventually see some gap where the tape is.

3. There is one hole that the OEM bumper uses a freakin rivet instead of a screw. Unless you have extra rivets lying around, you'll need to grab some from BMW. It is the inner wing of the lip, so definitely an integral part
