I hope that's not biased answer you got there mike. Have you tried the RC GTS BLK? It looks promising and shopping around between the 2. Maybe when Terry decides to do an update with jb4 to what the N54 engine currently has ill be hands down way better.

For you to make an accurate professional comparison you would have had to try it out yourself as a vendor therefore you can provide “US” potential buyers a proper assessment of both products.

You should’t have to ask the clients for data.

I respectfully disagree.

We can compare features, boost increase, which parameters are controlled and monitored by each tune,etc...

you do not need to test every single tune in the world in order to know how they compare.

I had the JB4 Stage 2 Beta on my N63 and Racechip Ultimate on my N63TU.

FWIW (my expert butt dyno test ), I feel like I noticed a bigger difference between stock vs piggy with the Racechip.

With the Jb4 you can raise boost to whatever you want it to be.


The reason why BMS chose this boost is because they felt it is the max safe boost on a stock car.
You are welcome to make more power as long as you take full responsibility

Also keep in mind the RC is raising boost blindly.
Jb4 is the only piggy that can monitor parameters like knock, ignition timing , AFR,etc...
Its never a good idea to push the car to the limit without any safety features

I see. I though your talking about when they made the actual piggy.

Anyway....

So the box came in. Packaging and is good. The actual racechip is solid. But they shipped me a RC with no Bluetooth even I ordered the racechip GTS black which is the top of the line of what they have. So that first impression already sucks. lol! Without the Bluetooth I really cant set it up to eco, sport and race mode. So shipped it back to them already. Power wise. Id say go with JB4. The amount of time and money you have to spend ordering the RC and shipping it back will cost you about the same as JB4+bluetooth. just saying.

Are any of these tunes California CARB legal? if not, is gaming the system by removing the piggy back, the only way to have these tunes here locally?

its coming straight from germany. and to remove the piggy is just swapping the actual box with the blank thay came with it. pretty much connects the wires again.
