Ya i have done very little on the outside. I really want to lower it just a little but i am worried about ruining the ride quality and coilovers are just a little too expensive for me right now. I was looking at the ac lowering springs but i heard installing the springs requires an alignment and something to do with corner balancing which i am not to sure about. Here are a few more pics i dont have many updated ones.

Looks good bro! I think you'll be happy with the ACS springs. Brings the car down just right...and yes an alignment would be needed since your changing suspension. If you keep your stock wheels Maybe add some spacers to give it a bit more aggressiveness!

How did you Paint lower diffuser gloss black? Paint shop here told me they could do it, but the paint would just flake off in no time.

Nice F10 Stevie. I'd go ACS or H&R drop then rims. Ride quality is enhanced, not hindered. Same level of comfort, just less body roll in the corners.

Hey, this vehicle coding you speak of, is that something to do with vehicle security?

ACS springs are now on my list of future mods! I would love to decrease the body roll as it is horrible in this car! I was thinking of doing the bms wheel spacers 10 mm in the front 12mm in the back ?

I had a shop paint it and what they did was add multiple layers of paint. I have had no issues with flaking or anything along those lines and its been a couple months.!

No i had the vehicle coded in LA. It has nothing to do with security really. The options i got unlocked were
DVD in Motion
Camera in Motion
Removal of Navigation Disclaimer on start up
Fold side mirrors and close all windows with lock button
Digital speed display in cluster
Sports Display (I don't think the hp and tq readings are accurate though)

Nice list of performance mod, she is a sleeper right now lol

But yeah, drop & wheels should be next.

I can't wait to install my ACS, but this snow just won't go away.

+1 on ACS. I was also reluctant on lowering the car as I enjoyed the ride comfort. But the handling and the "wheel gap" bothered me enough so I did some research on springs, etc. MWPos was kind enough to let me test drive his car on ACS and after driving his car, I was sold. (BTW, for those of San Diego area members, he can also code your car)

As far as ride comfort, it is not as comfortable as OEM suspension, but not harsh at all. It definitely makes the ride more sporty. I feel the road bumps/pot holes more; but you feel more in control of the car. Also you have to take into account your wheels/tires. I live at the Gaslamp and with all the pot holes and railroad tracks, I elected to stick with 19s. I did change my tires to non run flats (Hankook V2). I am happy with the ride quality after ACS springs.

You will need an alignment after springs install. The shop where I purchased the springs from installed them and performed the alignment as well. No issues so far after over 5000 miles on the car.

Your front lip really makes your car look nice in the front. Was contemplating doing something similar to mine. Good job!

WHaaat? A coat of clear feathered over the bulk of the bumper would ensure that didn't happen.

Front bumper reflector painted to match, same with the headlight washers, vinyl the roof gloss black and spacers. If its a non XI im not big on the drop, especially with the front lip. Then wheels.

I would vinyl The roof black first since it's cheaper than the rest of the mods...it'll make the car standout pretty sweet! Maybe some quad tips? Hammann carbon fiber diffuser?
