I was intending to a do a full write up with pics and a bit of a comparison after upsizing from a 2011 E90 320d M Sport, but the weekends disappeared on me!

Will look to add some views later but needless to say I am over the moon with it.

Thanks, it's a nice little option. Ordered it as a surprise for the Mrs as she's only 5ft 1" (and a half if you ask her) so thought she'd struggle with the limited rear view. Glad I did

Very pleased with the colour choice. It really does change depending on the light. Had a bit of a sunset earlier and it looked great. Hopefully won't be as hard to keep looking clean and the Sapphire Black on my E90!

Congrat, it looks great and you got lots of nice equipment.

But the bar chart looks weird because of the mpg, smaller bars when higher concumption. Since we use L/km the bars increases when the concumption increases.

Thanks, wonder why that is? I'm sure it would sell well. They haven't even taken the Micky with the price of it either, when you compare it to some of the other option costs.

Loving that, it is like looking at mine spec wise, without the cool rear view camera!

My wife is 5 ft 2, and has no desire to drive it, which is something we need to get over....

I had'nt seen those ed graphs, will have to have a look.

The ambient lighting is a cool option, annoying it isnt standard on the 520d, but worth the extra, as well as the MFD

Those dials are new for the LCI I guess, I haven't got those.

I spotted those. Very nice. Aint had them up when driving though, as I've been pretty boring so far as the kid has just about ALWAYS been with me, so eco pro mode with the nav screen on (just coz I like the map).

Lovie the reverse camera too. Awesome bit of kit. I sometimes worry that I should have went for the surround view though, and if I spec another, that one is a definate.

Looks really good though. Liking it a lot. Lovely colour, but then I would say that.

Also, my mate has that economy graph screen in his 2011 C200 Merc. It does 15 x 1 minute intervals, and maxes out at 50 mpg. We call it the Stubby Story Meter. His name is stubby, and if he is regaling us with tales of his exploits, the whole graph will be maxed out. If he just concentrates on driving, he often dips below the 50 mpg.

I think his right foot gets lighter when he talks, lol.

Economy wise, mine is around 40 mpg, which is not good enough I have to say, after 1300 miles!

Oh dear, that's not so great. My average is 39 mpg over the last 1600 miles now. But that's OVER the 1600 miles. It is sitting close to an average 40 mpg now.

But then mine is the 30d, rather than the 20d. I'm happy with what it is giving me, but if I could get a couple more mpg over time I would be even happier. But as it is, it is slightly better than my 335d, not as fast, but a lot bigger.

Reversing camera works well, surround view is a super bit of kit. I use the bird's eye view quite often, ideal for perfect placement of the car in tight spaces.

Although I have Sophisto grey (not my first choice) I'm not too sure about it. Most of the time up here it is just a flat colour, needs a lot of light and sunshine to wake it up.

Does need a lot of cleaning to keep it looking good.

I think the reverse camera is a good compromise in leau of the full surround view. Surround view looks brilliant but I thought the cost was quite prohibitive. If I lived in a busy city then maybe, but we don't do too bad for places to park out my way. I just thought if it saves the bumper getting hit a couple of times it's paid for itself.

I've had a brief go with the Eco Pro which is great fun, I like the way it gives you your additional miles gained in the cluster and when it starts telling you to ease off when approaching roundabouts etc. Give you a good incentive to drive frugally. Need a long trip to test it out properly though.
