Nail in RFT bridgestone ER 300
I just swapped my summer wheels for my winter wheels.
When I examined my right sided rear wheel, I found that a nail (large and long...) was fully embedded within the tire. I have had no warning from IDrive or pressure sensor and actually the tire pressure is normal.... Any one know if the tire (bridgestone turanza ER 300 RFT) CAN be repaired (dealer says no....) |

If you never drove on the tire with no air, they can be patched, the sidewall is not compromised. The dealer will not do it because they dont know if you have driven on it or not, try calling a tire shop.

As your tire has not lost significant pressure, you can plug them. If the nails anywhere near the side wall, say goodbye to 500 dollars. Don't mess with this if you have flattened the tire at all, especially if you do bahn speeds.
