I lost brakes and hit my own home

hey gents,
I have a 16 535i gt with 4200mi on it. Just hours ago I was coming down my steep driveway and was trying to come to a stop but the brakes went to the floor and I ended up hitting my own home.

luckily I had my security camera recording and it shows that I did in fact hit the brakes and not the accelerator. Just want to know if any of you guys have had issues with your brakes?

that sucks, how much damage to your house? Well the car is under warranty so should BMW be liable for the damage? they will be able to get the data and analyze the data from the ECU. Where is the car now?

Luckily I aimed for a tree, which took most of the impact, but then the tree bent into the roof and made a hole

the car is currently at the body shop awaiting further instructions.
