Driving on the interstate, car downshifted and stalled. Now stuck in Park. Wont start anymore. It will just click sometimes and other times it would do a slow crank for about 5 seconds and the power shuts off in the cab and the lights/screen come back on. I cranked the engine over 5 or 6 times by hand with breaker bar to make sure it wasn't seized. Ground wire gets hot when trying to start and battery drops to 9V from 12.6 when trying to start and gets drained.

Took it to a local foreign shop, the guy called me and says he thinks it seized and his guy can't turn the engine. Which I told him was odd since I did before it was taken over there.
