Can Anyone Check SIB650709 (Nav Issue?)

It was stated in another thread that SIB650709 was related to our lousy Navigation systems.
Anyone able to check and maybe post it?

I can't post the bulletin, but it basically states that the TeleAtlas maps may have missing information and that customers should report this information to TeleAtlas via their website.
