Anyone ever qualify for those lease deals on bwmusa.com?

Just curious and I did search.... Going to hit up Classic BMW, Lemmon BMW and BMW of Arlington for end of month/holiday incentives to knock as much out of pocket as possible.

2014 528i
Well equipped including features such as Premium Package (Leather, Comfort Access, Satellite Radio, Power Tailgate), Navigation, Automatic Transmission, iPod/USB adapter, Xenon headlights and Destination charges.
$449*/month for 36 months. $1,500 Holiday Credit, $1,000 Loyalty Cash are included in payment.

• $3,000 Down payment
• $0 Security Deposit

What's posted on BMW USA should be a starting point for negotiation. $3k down payment is also counter-productive for a lease. Keep your money in your pocket - pay as little down as possible.

Do you think they would do zero down with 449/month?

I want to add multi contour seats too.
Only thing I qaulify for is
Loyalty 1000
Holiday 1500

That price is based on full msrp, you should be able to closer to invoice which is 7-8% off msrp price.. Contact golfrrr on this forum. I will be using him to buy my next car.. They will usually do a little over invoice no haggle pricing... So on a 528i at 50k msrp you be able to get roughly 3k off the price.. Which could reduce downpayment or your monthly
