The service will perform computer diagnosis, it might display wrong date cause by chip.
Though they will do normal oil-change, Gerenal rules are :Any mod relate to engine, (exhaust, for example, is considered related to engine as it changes the back pressure, I was told after moding my aftermarket exhaust) they have the right to refuse repair, included engine's hardware.
So it is better to unload chip and any device that is relating to engine!
Just my 2 cents, for your reference.

They didn't say anything about my exhaust when I took mine in. Haha, may be I have too many mods and they assumed I know it.

They refused to change brake-oil for my front part due to moded, but did check and changed brake-oil for rear part, as it's remained in OE.

Also, upon I requested, they also refused to fix my pulling to the right.
So I went to Oscar to do 4-whell alignment last month. Fortunately the result is good.
