Yet another offset question

Looking at the Rohana RFX17 20x9 offset 35 20x10 offset 38. First will these fit? Will I need spacers for a flush fit? Planning to lower the car with coil overs. And what tire size will look the best?

Car is a 535i m-sport! I appreciate any assistance in advance.

Those specs are quite similar to the F10 M5 stock wheels which are 20x9" 32mm, 20x10" 34mm

I'd look for pictures of the 343m wheels and imagine yours being very slightly further in - without spacers of course.
