I am not running it. I want to hear the spool, but from the dyno it seems there is some loss in low end torque (negligible amount). My biggest concern is the dirt the oil charged air filter will let in. If my car was a lease I would not hesitate to put it on.

Not worth it. K&N drop in filter does the same thing at a fraction of the price. Sound is slightly better with BMS though.

There isn't much else you can buy for the F10 other than a tune & intake. The intake adds a few HP, sounds better, looks better, and goes on in literally 2 minutes. If you're bored with the car it's a fun little mod.

What about bigdeep's concern about dirt? Any take on that?

Dirt really? Are you concerned about the smog you breath? Unless you 4x4 your BMW through the middle of the desert that shouldn't even be a concern. Even then I wouldn't worry about it. Many people run oil filters on 4x4's that run in dirt all the time and no issues. Also if dirt is a huge concern you could always put a pre filter on the oil filter.

It's the only intake! Could be improved in my opinion.

If you are gonna say, "could be improved in my opinion" then spit it, boy! What would you do?

What do you want CAD drawings? The machined bracket height doesn't have clearance even with the screw adjusted to its max point. So filter slams into underside of hood. That is the main thing I would redesign. I would also use a different style filter for better fitment.
