BMW Assist Deal
They are offering a $99 6 month deal for the assist package. I cant see the benefit. The only thing i would want is the internet option but i already have a smartphone 4.

I think this is standard here in the UK for 3 years. So far have used it once just a couple of days ago. I got a call from the office as I was driving on a busy motorway, telling me I had to go to a different destination. Rather than fiddle with trying to find the new dest. in the nav I used assist to find it and send to my car.
Pretty useful but not something I would pay for. It wouldn't have taken me 3 mins to pull off the motorway, google the address and program in. I might try to use it a bit more though, see if I can get some benefit. |

Is that even a deal? Isn't the convenience plan $199 for 12 months?
