Sporadic boost & drive train malfunction w/ more E85

2013 535i, N55 with PWG. Map 5, running roughly E35 by my calculations. Only have an axle back exhaust system.

Started getting drivetrain malfunctions on WOT pulls and no boost. This is probably the most E85 I've put in a tank, just want to see if this is a tuning issue or physical.

All was fine until 2 days ago when I was now halfway through the gas tank. I got an initial drivetrain malfunction on a WOT pull and drove the car home fine, just on reduced power. The next day everything was fine and it was making boost on the highway till later that night when I got another reduced power drivetrain malfunction on WOT. Since last night the car is making little to no boost and I'm consistently getting this error, even on Map 0.

Where should I look first? Is this my charge pipe?

I'm also getting code 120308: Boost pressure lower than expected via the JB4 app.

Cable? The actuator arm was loose or the hose that goes from the pneumatic solenoid to turbo?

The actual plug from the JB4 for the PWG.

I have to check if the JB4 Bluetooth app has a 0-60 when I reinstall it. Currently focusing on figuring out why the hell I have a high pitched whistle on my right side exhaust at WOT over 5k rpm.
