I know in old E92s for example, if you get ACC cruise control, there will be a big radar camera in the front bumper. Is this the case with F10s?

In the F10 the ACC is called option S5DFA. It comes with KaFAS camera attached at the top of the windscreen and connected to a control unit, and the ACC radar (cigarette-box size) placed below the front bumper rail.

I posted a picture up of my F10 with the ACC sensonr under the bumper on the 3 series forums.
http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...&highlight=acc Scroll down a bit and you'll find the picture. I think it look better than the equivalent on the 3 series IMHO. Its the obvious method of seeing if a car has ACC (other than the extra buttons on the steering wheel). |
