hello everyone!

so, this is my first post on here but lately while driving if I do a mild pull (about half throttle) when I go to change gears RIGHT before I let off of the throttle it's like the fuel is being cut suddenly. The only codes I have are cat codes since they're gone so I brought it to a local euro shop to get diagnosed and they're suggesting I get new HPFPs I'm just curious to see what you guys think before I go throwing money at something I'm not sure about

for a little background information, I have an ARM cold air intake, VRSF catless downpipes, upgraded to index 12 injectors from 11...

I also have a heatsync stage 1 tune but that was done by the previous owner, I have no further information on it.
