F10 520d Fuel transfer from left to right? Jet pump error

Hello,

I have problem with my F10 2012. I have a N47D20C engine. I change 2 time a LPFP (pump in right fuel tank) once on working in another car used. Now i have new Pierburg pump. On my first i last used i have problem with loud working pump. I think it is a pump. My mechanic clean a fuel tank, fuel line to engine and back and line in fuel tank. All things work. Today i drive to work and my engine shut down. First i check hidden menu. I have fuel ~18l in left tank and 0 in right. I put a 10l fuel bleed a system and car start without problem.

My mechanic sent me an error from ISTA:

481B2B EKPS

D1610_0000000000_01_003

The error says and the jet pump is having a problem. In realoem cant see another pump or line. Which element is responsible for the transfer of fuel from the left to the right tank?
