I'm finding it hard to believe that I can't find a single person that has installed a Remus exhaust on the 550i. No one, really?

I know Remus sells the same part for the 550i and M5, and I've listened to the videos on M5s, but we all know they won't sound the same on the 550i. Hoping to find anyone that has it on their 550i and can speak to the difference in sound and to any internal droning.

not really relevant to your post, but I did install a quad Remus exhaust on my 535. Sounds & looks great. I'm sure it'll be that much better with your V8.

Thanks for the input. I have heard it on the 535s and it sound damn sweet. What if any droning or humming have you noticed sneaking into the cabin at low RPM (1k - 2k)?

That is the reason why I went with an M5 CP exhaust and exhaustmeister control. No drone when closed, and awesome sound when open under acceleration.

sorry for the late reply back. Honestly, no real drone till I'm in 7th/8th gear. Wife has not complained about it on long trips, so I take it as a winner!
