Hospital Bill Question

So I'm going to try to get financial aid to help pay for a hospital bill, but I don't know if I will qualify, so what If I yank a large part of my money about before I try?? Sounds crazy and stupid but I really don't want to spend $1,900 for a stupid hospital bill...

Yeah, I'm the only one in the world that wouldn't want to pay right? None of you even know the circumstances so if you can't answer the question please stay out.

Honestly, if you can't pay a $1900 hospital bill, your name should be Hyundai1313. It's people like you that keeps my actual collected bills just below 70%.

they read just fine...they just resent someone not paying a bill (or trying to get welfare....which means the rest of pay for it) for something that they can afford...

I wouldn't mind paying, but the circumstances make me choose otherwise..And since none of you know what that is, I don't think it's fair your making such judgmental statements.

Man lots of douchebaggery in here.

If you have good credit I don't see why you couldn't get a loan for that. Lots of people get loans for similar amounts when doing lasik and stuff. If you have a credit card with 0 balance right now you could get the credit card company to up your credit limit and then just put it on credit card. It sounds like you have the cash just don't want to drop nearly 2k all at once.

Did you ask them about a payment plan or anything?

No matter what he circumstances are, if you use a hospital, pay for the service.

Agree with the others-5% of the U.S. will end up paying 95% of the bills since most people would rather not pay them, go on welfare, declare bankruptcy and expect state and federal agencies to support them.(what ever happened to morales?)

Sounds like one of the horrible tenants I had a few years ago-She even told the judge that she didn't feel the need to pay me rent, even though it was my house she was living in. In the end, it took time, money and a police officer showing up and letting her know she would be arrested in front of her kid if she did not leave the property immediately.
Cat litter was dumped on the carpets in the master bedroom and then she went bankrupt.... She brought in over 3k a month, hadn't worked for the last 12 years new exactly how the use the "system to her advantage". Free insurance, food, gas, utilities, rental assistance, etc. etc. etc.

No, they're not. They're just responsible citizens.

If you use the service, then pay for it, otherwise, don't use it.

Oh boy. This is not about getting a loan. Its not about credit. That's not what the OP wants. What he wants, is to be a douchebag, and also have someone else pay his bill for him (in the form of financial aid). He's succeeded in the first of his goals, but the second part around payment is still to be determined.

You want to pull money out of your accounts, etc so you look worse off then you are?

I think what you are attempting to do is called fraud. At least you were smart enough to post your intentions on the internet. It will help the authorities during prosecution.
