Experience replacing bumpers?

Has anyone got any experience with removing and replacing bumpers on an f10?

I have a full set of bumpers to go on but il need to fit them myself after being sprayed tomorrow.

Wondering is there anything that makes it go smoother or any tricks to help.

Thanks

Garage List
Hi Dan,

I've only taken my rear bumper off to install my CF Diffuser. It's not difficult at all. There are a few bolts in the center underneath the car, one under the rubber covering of the rear tail lights and three along the outer edge of the wheel well. It can be removed and put back on all by yourself.

Here's a vid, I know it's about installing a CF diffuser but it also shows how to take the rear bumper off.

Good luck

Thank you! That's great because I actually have the same diffuser to fit too
