M Performance Parts in Canada

I'm looking to buy a M Performance Splitter for my vehicle. Any recommendation where to purchase/order one? Dealer wants $1800 plus hst. I've seen them online (bmwpartspro.com) for as low as $1046 but no direct shipping to Canada.

The M Performance front CF splitter fits all F10 with M-sport front.
