2013 550i horsepower

I know this has been discussed before but I can't seem to come to a conclusion from reading the previous threads. So, does the 2013 550 have 445 horsepower or 400?

And according to the bmw website it appears that the 0-60 time is around 4 tenths quicker than the 2013. (approx. 4.9 for '13 x drive and 4.5 for '14 x drive)
