JB4 N63 feels Sluggish

2011 550i XDrive M-PKG 103k miles
Arm front facing Intake
Arm Charge pipes
VRSF Catless Downpipe
JB4
Full exhaust

Maybe its just me but I feel as if this car should be faster, the the only codes I have are for the unplugged MAF for the JB4 to work properly. I've tried using various maps and it feels sluggish when get up to 6800rpm. I drove my back up car a 6spd F10 535 no mods and it gets up and goes. If anyone knows of a good BMW Tuner in Orlando, hit my line.

How Many Miles and whens the last time it got walnut blasted?

It has 103k miles currently, and it has never been walnut blasted, which is a good idea
