Bmw owners in Italy should be very happy with their 4 year warranty! However Bmw's are a bit more expensive in Italy I just saw on bmw.it.
In Belgium and Germany only 2 years warranty. Anyone knows possible problems will show up after those two years. I had two 5-Series E60 ( 525d before LCI, 520d after LCI) and both needed a new distribution chain after 120.000 km (after 3,5 years) costed me twice almost 1000€. Since I'm expecting my F10 will need this anyhow, I can better mod the ecu and enjoy the better performance.

Don't think are more expensive, ours start with much more features included from the beginning. When I was buying my F11 I tried many times to configure it on bmw.de and on the end the difference was minimum, less then 200 euros.
Consider that all the cars in Italy have Xenon lights, ambient lights, bigger alloy wheels, rear camera etc.

I've also got a 163HP 520D SportsAuto and I just ordered the Power Performance Kit for it.
Excited to see what it does to this downtuned version

Any further experience from you guys with the kit is appreciated now that you have used the it for a while...
