2012 528i xDrive tick/knock

Car all of a sudden started making a tick/knocking sound while driving. It caused a vibration that could be felt in the cab. No check engine light came on. Engine oil level reads full. The noise/vibration is coming from the top of the engine The sound increases with RPM.

Timing belt was replaced about 10,000 miles ago. While recording the sound it eventually started to make a grinding sound when increasing RPM. Vehicle was immediately shut off and that particular sound was not captured in youtube video link. Any ideas what it could be?

Do this Open your oil fill cap where you add oil take flash light and pick try moving chain up and down see if chain is loos.
If it’s loos you need time chain and guides job.
Did you replace vacuum pump if not it might be good time to do that.
To verify you can take your vacuum hose on your engine cover and see if you have oil in your vacuum reservoir if you have signs of oil. It’s time to replace your vacuum pump
Only three bolts hard to get but fairly easy to replace.
