Planning to upgrade to 20” wheels but can’t decide which one i like more. What’s your thoughts - which looks better?

My vote, for what it's worth, is the bottom style, but in silver or at least something lighter than black. I don't like black wheels, especially on a black car.

The black ones if you paint the brake calipers.

Trying to find the correct wheel size now.
Current setup on rears are 275/35r19 on 19x9.5, ET38 wheels with 15mm spacers. Wheels are sitting perfectly for my taste - they are flush with fender and under full load they get tucked in fender without rubbing. I want to get the same fittment with new wheels. If I order new wheels with 20x10, ET 35 and 295/30r20 tires would they fit? As per my calculations 3mm less offest should make the wheels stick out 3mm further and swapping from 275 tires to 295 tires should make the tires stick out 10mm further and in sum the new setup should stick out 13mm further comapared to my current wheels without any spacers. Because i have 15mm spacer on current setup the new setup without any spacers should then be sticking out 2mm less then current setup. Am i correct? Can someone please confirm? |

I think middle or bottom.
As for offset, yes your calculations are correct but be aware that some tyres are wide and some are narrow. Do you have pics of the rear at the moment - that’s a fairly aggressive setup and I’d like to see it! |

First two pictures are under heavy load and there is no rubbing at all. I think the camber caused by the lower springs is helping me to get away with aggressive setup

I have heard of guys running 295’s but I am not convinced they have zero wheelwell rub, but it might fit w/no issue. I get a little inner wheelwell rub with 285/35’s every know and then over dips at higher-ish speeds. But I clear all suspension and outer wheelwell.
I recently went with a 285/30 because the shop ordered the wrong set and gave me a discount after they mounted them 🤦🏽. It didn’t matter at the time b/c my prior set of R888r’s only lasted 6 months so I figured why not. But the reason I’d steer clear of a 30 is it feels like you hit dynamite anytime I hit a pothole. Absolute night and difference between the 30 vs the 35. Happy shopping!!!
