2011 550i GT (F07) N63 hesitation
About a week ago my 550i GT starting hesitating upon acceleration, especially between 30-50 mph. A few days ago, it was bad and the Engine Malfunction warning came on as well as the check engine light. The car was driving very badly after that, but when I went to restart it, the CE light and EM warning was gone. The car still has some hesitation and it seems to have lost a little power. I'm driving it more carefully now because I don't want it to break down or get stranded. Anyone have any suggestion that I can try before bringing it in for service. No warranty, so it'll be out of pocket.

While I cannot say completely - it could be your plugs, coils, or 02 Sensors going out.

Thanks Zer0Cool92, I will call the dealer. I just found the Crank Case Ventilation bulletin about the possible cause of high oil consumption and rough idling. I need to ask them about that as well. Have you noticed any huge amounts of oil consumption? I'm adding a quart about every week now and this CCV bulletin seems to address all of the issues I'm having including consumption, rough running and blue smoke from the exhaust.
