I think it's mostly for looks, but I want to preserve comfort and reliability as well. Truthfully I don't see myself taking a car like the F10 on the track. I have my cheapo spec miata for that heh

It's a toss up between:
ACS
Eibach (as of now)
H&R

In that order of preference for the time being. I also don't want a "slammed" look, just something subtle to take the edge off of the 4x4 looking wheel gap as I too will have the F14 rims, but my tires are slightly more low profile (295/25/20 and 255/30/20) than mlai's

Sorry for taking this slightly off topic by the way, but maybe other people are curious about these things as well. I think a lot of the modded cars here are VERY nice looking and I'm trying to combine the best feature of all of them into something I like

mlai congrats on the springs. Would be very keen to see how they settle. I can barely place two fingers in the gap with the H&R(ok I also have fat fingers) For me I'm looking for a less slammed look as Im still on 19" OEM wheels.

So you have smaller than standard wheels? For your 20", you should have 30 profile rear and 35 profile front. Your speedometer should be slightly off.

True. Paper thin tires.

I think H&R will be lower than the Eibach. Your fingers ain't fat, mine are the same.

RC Thx. Quick question. I have had my springs for about 3 weeks so I suspect they have settled. My carport is on a slight side slope. Will one side settle higher than the other?

I think this is common to most of our cars. The fuel tank side is higher than the other. Even when you have stock springs. Should not be the springs' issue.

Guys who have coilovers would adjust to level. Nothing we can do for ours.

this is common and will be the same for OEM not just on mods springs.
for some reason our 5er is like that, 1 side is lower than other before and after mod.

Just took the car for a sprint to the airport. One word discribes my feeling: planted!

Now the F10 feels great in terms of handling and comfort mode actually means comfort and not a boat! On the flip side, road imperfections do get thru to my sensor more with the Eibach than stock. But not enough to be a nuisance yet. Hopefully, they will dissipate a bit when the springs get broken in more.

In terms of stopping, the car is pretty flat in heavy braking as well, which translate to more confidence in braking.

Went up to 120km/h and minor vibrations really got thru. Seems my tyres are a bit over inflated. Rebalanced wheels and adjusted tyre pressure at WK. Going to try it again next week.

Still waiting for a chance for stubbs road. May be tonight.

PS. Congrats to cwong on getting the Eibachs done today as well!

What are your tire pressure for front and rear bro? I suspect my tires are over inflated too, kinda bumpy.

How come you guys got your mods so fast. I chased WK many times and they are still quite slow for my stuffs.

Depends on the tyres. According to WK, quite a few customers complainted of vibrations at higher speeds with the PZeros when over-inflated a bit. Michelins seems to be fine with a bit of over-pressure......

You guys spooked me enough that I went 285/30 on the rear (exchanged them out). I plan on keeping the 255/30 up front as the difference is minimal in terms of rotational speed and diameter.

I'll aim for the Eibach's as well. Thanks for the tips guys.
