Smell of gasoline
After changing the valve cover gasket on my 2013 535i and putting everything back together I am now smelling gas that is coming through the air vents. I checked the fuel rail lines and saw no leaks. The car runs great. I also replaced the fuel cap so I am not sure if the cap is defective. I will put the old gas cap back on tomorrow and see if the smell of gas is still there. Just wondering if the smell of gas could be coming from some where else.

Thanks for the reply. I rechecked the fuel lines, didn't see any leaks but I tighten them again and I put my old fuel cap back on and the problem was solved. Thank GOD.
