Should I get new wheels

Thanks to Junebug85 for putting the idea of new wheels in my head I have taken a liking to the 434M BMW alloys, the same ones that are a standard fit on the M550

They are 20" and I can get a new set of wheels and tyres for about £3100, not cheap but a good price.

Not sure if I should get run flats or not and not sure what the ride quality will be like.

Am I mad spending £3000 on wheels and tyres

Top picture is the new wheels and bottom is what's on now

I think the wheels look fab and has transformed the look of your car and it looks more newer as the 351m wheels have been running for seven years now
Go for it

They looked nice on his car as well

I don't think you'll regret it

The price is good for these wheels!

Yes they are pricey but for what you get I think it is worth it. The guys on here will advise whether to go for run flats or not. The only thing I say with the 20 inch wheels is that you sacrifice comfort for looks. But like I said, it is worth it!

You also get that exclusivity as in all the years I had the car, I never saw another car with these wheels on.

Agreed, these are really nice wheels and really suit the F10. I saw these on Junebug85 old car and didn't know they even existed. I thought they were m135i wheels at first but somehow they look nicer.

As for being mad or not, that's up to you as it's your money, but if it makes you happy, why not! Certainly will make your car look more exclusive.

Very similar to the M135i wheels. Those are 18" 436M style.

They are Lovely look so much better, I can argue at all about that... but £3k is hard to justify unless you wait until you need 4 new boots or want winter wheels
