Two days later, they dried up and never fogged up again. After a lot of reading and according to the owners manual, I figured that this was normal. I wish that I had never gotten them changed now. The new housings dried up overnight, but I don't think that the new lights were adjusted correctly, because the driver side daytime running light seems to be much brighter than the passenger side (a friend noticed in the rearview mirror when I was following). I'll have them re-adjusted at my next service interval. It's frustrating because when you spend this much money on a vehicle, you expect near perfection (at least I do)...

Totally agree, since it is new car, it needs to be nearly perfect

I just had mine changed by BMW under warranty (expires in two weeks) as there was a small condensation issue. Whilst the condensation came and went, and the technician said he did not see anything wrong with them, there was an ever so slight moss like substance making an appearance so they went ahead and changed them anyway. I cannot fault them, they were very helpful.
